Return policy

As with all your dealings with The Curtain Rod Store, you can expect the very best customer service when you need to make an exchange or return. We want you to have a great ordering experience with us. Our 100% worry-free guarantee ensures that we will not rest until you are completely satisfied.

Our return policy

Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if you have received the wrong product or quantity, if there is damage to your order, or if an item is missing. We will work with you to replace or correct your order.

If you would like to exchange or return any part of your order because it wasn’t what you expected, contact us. Please return products in resalable condition with all of their parts, including any mounting hardware. We cannot accept returned items that are used, washed, or items that have missing or damaged components. Refunds will be made to the credit card you used to purchase your order, excluding shipping charges.  You will be responsible to pay shipping charges to return the item. 

How to return or exchange your order

  • You can also send us an email to Info@CurtainRodStore.com, but please be aware that we are not responsible for misdirected emails. We cannot help you with your return or exchange if we do not receive your message.

Shipping policy

Standard shipping

Most of the time, we will ship your order within 48 business hours unless the products are out-of-stock, in which case we will notify you immediately. At this point you can either wait, cancel, or we can find you a replacement item.

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on the weight and/or number of items ordered. They will be added to your cart when you pay for your order on our website. You will have an opportunity to see the shipping charges before you complete your order.

All U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via standard UPS Ground service. 2nd Day Air delivery is also available for an additional cost. Please contact our customer service department at (800) 624-6763 to arrange for 2nd Day Air delivery. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii can only use UPS 2nd Day Air.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on major holidays, Saturday or Sunday. Please take this into account while placing your order.

Cancellation policy

Customer service is paramount to us, and any customer who wishes to make a change or cancellation will be treated as well as our paying customers are. Understanding our cancellation policy

We process orders quickly after we receive them. For that reason, and because some of our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations to orders can only be made for a period of 12 hours after you have finalized your order online. If you cancel your order during this 12 hour period, we will refund your money. If you have exceeded the 12 hour period, we will be happy to check the status of your order and honor your request if we can. If we cannot cancel or change your order because it has already been processed, please refer to our generous return policy once your order has been received.

On rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. When a manufacturer contacts us about a delay, you will be contacted that day. During these delays you are also welcome to cancel your order for the items that have not yet been made or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order, at our discretion.
